Refund Policy
14-day refund, no questions asked

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If a course isn’t a fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Email support@strongconfidentliving.com from the email you used at checkout. Tell us the course name (you can find it on your account page) and we’ll process the refund through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When we process a refund, your access to that course is revoked at the same time.
After 14 days
We can’t guarantee refunds beyond the 14-day window, but we’re reasonable people — if there’s a real reason (you bought the wrong course, the platform went down for an extended period, etc.), reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Partner-issued access
If a partner sold you a discount code or magic link, your purchase is between you and them. Refund requests go through the partner who took payment. Reach out to whoever sold you access; we’ll help where we can.
