Refund Policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

Last updated: 2026-06-01

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If a course isn’t a fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

Email support@strongconfidentliving.com from the email you used at checkout. Tell us the course name (you can find it on your account page) and we’ll process the refund through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

When we process a refund, your access to that course is revoked at the same time.

After 14 days

We can’t guarantee refunds beyond the 14-day window, but we’re reasonable people — if there’s a real reason (you bought the wrong course, the platform went down for an extended period, etc.), reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

EU and UK consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and, in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Our 14-day refund above is designed to meet (and in practice exceed) that right.

Express consent to immediate access. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent provision of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, where digital content is supplied without a tangible medium (as here), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to content that has been fully supplied if performance began with your (a) prior express consent and (b) acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At Stripe checkout you will see two separate, unchecked-by-default confirmations:

  • “I expressly request that Strong Confident Living begin supplying the course content immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.”
  • “I acknowledge that, once the content has been fully supplied, I will lose the statutory right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law.”

If you give that consent and we begin supplying the content, you may still lose the statutory right of withdrawal in respect of fully supplied content — but our 14-day refund above continues to apply as a contractual right on top of the statutory minimum. If you do not give that consent at checkout, your statutory 14-day withdrawal period runs as normal.

To withdraw under your statutory right, email us at support@strongconfidentliving.com within 14 days of purchase with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will refund the full amount you paid, using the same payment method, without undue delay.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please talk to us first — we’ll almost always sort it out faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of asking for a refund creates costs and risks for us that we have to manage.

If you initiate a chargeback while a refund is still available to you under this policy, we will:

  • revoke your access to the course tied to that charge as soon as we receive notice of the dispute;
  • block future purchases from your account and from payment methods or email addresses associated with the disputed transaction; and
  • respond to the chargeback with the relevant evidence, including these Terms and your course-access records.

Nothing in this section affects rights you have under mandatory local consumer-protection law, including the statutory right of withdrawal described above.

Partner-issued access

We occasionally work with partners who promote our courses using discount codes or magic links. Even when a partner sent you to checkout, your purchase is with Strong Confident Living — Stripe is the merchant of record on every transaction — and we own the refund decision under the same terms above. Send refund requests directly to support@strongconfidentliving.com. We may consult the partner on the merits of your request and on commission reconciliation, but you do not need to chase them.
