About results, income, and outcomes

Last updated: 2026-06-01

The short version

Strong Confident Living sells educational courses on personal development. We do not promise, predict, or guarantee any particular result — financial, professional, physical, emotional, relational, or otherwise. Personal development is personal: what you take from a course depends on you.

No income or earnings guarantee

Nothing on this site, in our courses, in our emails, on our social channels, or in any conversation with us is a promise of income, earnings, profit, financial improvement, or investment return. We do not represent that you will earn any specific amount of money or achieve any specific financial outcome by purchasing or completing a course.

Any reference to past results — whether ours or someone else’s — describes what one specific person experienced, not what is typical and not what you can expect. We do not track or report “average” financial results across our customers, and you should not assume that the results shared in any testimonial, case study, or success story are representative.

Testimonials and case studies

Where we feature a testimonial, success story, or case study, we identify the person and describe their experience honestly, consistent with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

You should assume that:

  • The person quoted received the course (and, where applicable, free or discounted access) in exchange for sharing their experience.
  • Their experience does not represent typical results.
  • Their results depended on factors specific to them — their effort, their starting point, their circumstances, the actions they took — and your results will depend on factors specific to you.

Forward-looking statements

Sales pages, blog posts, and emails may include forward-looking statements about what is possible, what we believe, or what some people achieve. Those statements describe potential outcomes, not promises. Words like “can,” “may,” “help you,” “designed to,” or “build toward” describe what the course is intended to support — they are not commitments that any specific outcome will occur.

No professional advice

Our courses are educational. They are not a substitute for, and we do not provide, medical, mental-health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction. Nothing in the courses creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship with you. If you are in crisis or believe you may be a danger to yourself or others, contact emergency services or a local crisis line.

Your responsibility for your own decisions

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take after engaging with our content. We do not accept responsibility for choices you make or for any consequences (financial, professional, personal, or otherwise) that result from those choices.

Where this lives in our other policies

This disclaimer is in addition to the warranty disclaimers, earnings-disclaimer language, and limitation-of-liability provisions in our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control.
