How our partner relationships work

Last updated: 2026-06-01

The short version

Strong Confident Living runs a partner program: a small set of creators, educators, and friends of the brand can share a discount code or a tracked link. When someone buys through one of those codes or links, the partner may earn a commission. We require those partners to tell you, clearly and up front, that there is a financial relationship.

Why this disclosure exists

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires that any material connection between an endorser and the company being endorsed be disclosed clearly and conspicuously (16 C.F.R. Part 255). A material connection includes payment, revenue share, free product, or any other arrangement that might affect how much weight you give to the recommendation.

What our partners are required to disclose

By participating in our partner program, partners agree to:

  • Disclose, in plain language and in a place you can’t miss, that they have a paid or revenue-share relationship with Strong Confident Living whenever they recommend a course.
  • Place the disclosure before, or right next to, the recommendation — not buried in a bio, a hashtag, or at the bottom of a long post.
  • Make truthful claims only. They cannot promise income or outcome results that we ourselves would not promise. (See our Earnings Disclaimer.)
  • Honor the time limits and terms attached to their discount code or magic link.

We periodically check partner content. If a partner fails to disclose or makes misleading claims, we revoke their code or link.

What we disclose ourselves

When we publish a testimonial, success story, or case study, we identify the person and tell you if they received the course (or any other consideration) in exchange for sharing their experience. Where we promote a third-party tool or service and earn a commission on referrals, we say so on the page where the recommendation appears.

Refunds for partner-issued purchases

Even if a partner sent you to checkout, your purchase is with Strong Confident Living — Stripe is the merchant of record on every transaction — and we own the refund decision under our Refund Policy. Send refund requests directly to support@strongconfidentliving.com; we may consult the partner on the merits, but you do not need to chase them.
